Capital City Peplum
The Capital City Peplum is a reworked Washington sweatshirt transformed through Ragdoll’s signature upcycling process. Built on the same pattern and silhouette as the original, each piece is custom made and individually reworked, making no two exactly alike. Distressed denim panels are integrated into a sculpted peplum using multiple shades of gray upcycled sweatshirt fabric, creating contrast, movement, and texture while keeping the overall silhouette intentional and refined.
Designed with dramatic long sleeves and a structured yet wearable peplum shape, this piece represents the energy of the capital through craftsmanship, reuse, and design integrity. While the Washington sweatshirt base remains consistent, the Ragdoll reworking ensures each garment has its own identity.
