Return Policy

All returns must be made or postmarked within 7 days of delivery to The Doll House Boutique LLC. at 403 North Charles Street., Baltimore, Maryland 21201 for an exchange or store credit. We DO NOT offer cash/card refunds.

Items can only be returned upon our receipt of the merchandise in its original, undamaged, unworn, tagged condition and in the original packaging.

Custom Orders and Deposits for any and all items are non-refundable and can not be returned. Custom orders are FINAL SALE.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for fragrances, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, pierced jewelry , cosmetic products or skin care products.

Payment

All products remain The Doll House Boutique's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from The Doll House Boutique LLC.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay.

All prices are exclusive of shipping prices and sales taxes (if applicable).

The total cost of the order is the price of the product(s) ordered, the sales tax and shipping fee.
