Return Policy

All returns must be made or postmarked within 7 days of delivery to The Doll House Boutique LLC. at 403 North Charles Street., Baltimore, Maryland 21201 for an exchange or store credit. We DO NOT offer cash refunds.

Items can only be returned upon our receipt of the merchandise in its original, undamaged, unworn, tagged condition and in the original packaging.

Custom Orders and Deposits for any and all items are non-refundable and can not be returned. Custom orders are FINAL SALE.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for fragrances, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, pierced jewelry , cosmetic products or skin care products.
